Grant A. Kriteman FCA
Grant deals with private clients and also with companies and other businesses, and is involved with all of their accounting and taxation requirements. He acts for many high net worth individuals and advises them on aspects relating to both their business and taxation affairs.
Stuart Sheinman FCCA
Stuart is the firm’s Leisure Industry Partner and handles the majority of the firm’s restaurant/hotel clients. He also deals with many P.R. and Market Research companies as well as negotiating the raising of finance for clients.
Michael J. Kriteman FCA
Michael deals with a wide range of companies and individuals, especially, high net worth individuals, many of whom are non-resident and/or non-domiciled and, therefore, require tax planning tailored to their circumstances. He also feels that his particular expertise lies in assisting clients in takeovers and acquisitions, taking a ‘hands on’ approach throughout the negotiations and dealing with solicitors, fund raising and generally facilitating the transaction.
Brian A. Bofkin FCA
Brian has a varied portfolio of clients ranging from small start up companies to large enterprises dealing with audit and accounts as well as corporate tax matters. His private client list is extensive, which involves him in personal tax planning and he also has experience of full and aspect inquiries. He is very knowledgeable in IT matters and advises on general business development and problem solving including financial management and accounting solutions.
Marcel L. Schajer FCA
Marcel is a general audit and tax partner with special interests in personal taxation, corporation tax and all aspects of self-assessment, including on-line filing of tax returns. He also deals with Inland Revenue income tax, PAYE, National Insurance, and VAT investigations and with tax compliance issues in general. Marcel is the firm’s staff partner.
Suresh J. Patel FCA
Suresh is a Tax Partner of Sinclairs, specialising in Estate Planning and taxation of Trusts and Estates. Suresh also deals with Corporate Tax planning, domicile issues, tax mitigation strategies, routine taxation matters and Revenue Enquiries.
Romit Basu FCA
Romit is the firm’s technology partner and is always looking for ways to use technology to streamline processes and work practices and implementing these to the advantage of both our clients and the firm. He also specialises in setting up new accounting and other reporting systems as well as undertaking due diligence and Auditing requirements. In addition he acts for many individuals and owner managed business, advising them on their accounting and taxation requirements.
